Skip the AI deck. Put an agent to work.

We build agents, automations and digital products for companies that want to see AI working, not being presented. Everything custom, everything in production.

We start by email, not with a call. Describe the process or the project; we reply within one working day with an honest read on whether it's worth doing and what it would take.

What we do

Six services, one rule: if it doesn't save time or money, we don't build it.

Custom AI agents

Assistants that read the inbox, check the ERP, fill in the CRM and only interrupt you when they really have to.

Includes email triage, internal support, research and briefing, connections to the systems you already use.

Process automation

From PDF to database without anyone copying cells. We connect the tools you already have and take the repetitive work out of the way.

Includes invoices and documents, recurring reports, onboarding, integrations between systems.

Websites and digital products

Websites, internal portals and custom tools, built the way we build the agents: quick to test, easy to change. The one you're reading was made that way.

Includes company websites, internal portals, custom tools, campaign pages.

Hands-on training

Half a day on your company's real cases. The team leaves using the tools, not nodding at them.

Includes team workshops, sessions for leadership, internal how-to guides.

Content and communication

Newsletters, internal communication and a leadership presence on LinkedIn. Written by people, accelerated by machines.

Includes ghostwriting, newsletters, internal communication, presentations.

Assessment

We map where AI pays for itself in your company. You leave with a roadmap with numbers, not a surprise invoice.

Includes process map, savings estimate, plan for the first 90 days.

We don't sell artificial intelligence. We sell Tuesdays with less tedious work, reports that write themselves, and a team with time to think.

How we work

Four steps and no off-the-shelf deadlines: each project gets its own, and you hear it before we start.

  1. Email

    Reply within one working day

Describe the process or the project in writing: what happens today, how often, with which tools. We reply with a straight answer: worth it, not worth it, or not yet.

  2. Call

30 minutes, only if it's worth it

We fill the gaps, agree the scope and put a price and a deadline on the table.

  3. Prototype

    Timeline set in the proposal

A working version on your real data, tested by your team rather than by us.

  4. Production

    Ongoing, no long contract

It goes live. We measure, tune and stay close for as long as you need.

  • No long contracts.Stop whenever you want.
  • Your code, your data.Documented and handed over.
  • Data stays in the EU.Under a data-processing agreement.

Examples, not limits

Two products in production and two flows that illustrate the rest. If it involves email, documents, systems and rules, it can probably be automated.

Supplier invoices: from the inbox to the ERP without anyone copying cells.

In production. Adapts to each company's ERP and approval flow.

Ask about the platform

The agent receives invoices by email, reads the PDF, validates the VAT number, matches the purchase order, posts to the ERP and only calls a person when something doesn't add up. At month-end, the report comes out on its own.

BeforeSomeone opens the email, copies the data, checks the VAT number, looks up the purchase order and posts it to the ERP. Invoice by invoice.
AfterThe agent does all of that. A person only sees the exceptions, with the documents side by side.

EU Power Data: the European electricity market on one screen, keeping itself up to date.

Live and free at eupowerdata.com. Built and run by one person.

Open the site

Day-ahead prices, generation mix, cross-border flows and forward curves for more than twenty European countries, in five languages. Scripts fetch the data from the official sources, check it and publish it. Nobody is on duty; the site stays current on its own.

DataFive public sources, fetched and checked automatically, on a schedule.
UpkeepZero hands on a normal day. A person only steps in when a source breaks.

Meetings that end with minutes done

Transcript, decisions, tasks with an owner and a deadline in your project tool, minutes sent to everyone. Before anyone opens a laptop.

Requests that arrive already sorted

Forms, emails and quote requests triaged, with the company researched, a priority assigned and a reply ready to review. One person approves; the rest is done.

What does not automating cost?

Adjust the numbers to your team. The maths is simple; the result usually isn't comfortable.

Assumes 46 working weeks a year. The real numbers are the ones we work out together.

1,104 h

a year, spent on work a machine does better

€30,912

a year, the equivalent of 0.7 full-time people

Frequently asked questions

The ones that come up in almost every first email.

Why email first, not a call?
A written description tells us more than a first call would, and it lets us reply with a real opinion rather than a sales pitch. If it's worth doing, the call comes next, and it's a short one.
Which tools and models do you use?
The best ones for each task, and we switch when a better one appears, which happens every couple of months. You're not locked in to any vendor, or to us: the code is yours and documented.
Is my data safe?
It stays where it already is. We work under data-processing agreements, use EU servers when you require it, and your data is never used to train anything.
Do I need a technical team on my side?
No. You need someone who knows the process well and has the patience to answer boring questions for a few weeks.
Do you work with companies outside Portugal?
Yes, in Portuguese and in English. Most of the work is remote; meetings that need a room happen in Portugal.
Who does the work?
The same person who answers your email. No account managers and no sales team; when more people are needed, we say who and why.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the process and the integrations: a focused automation costs a few thousand euros; a platform like the invoice one, tens of thousands. We put a number in our first reply, not our third.
What if it doesn't work?
The prototype runs on real data precisely to find that out early. If the numbers don't add up, we say so and stop there.

Start with an email.

Describe the process you'd like to get rid of, or what you'd like to build. We reply within one working day with a clear answer, and if it's worth doing, we propose a call.

  • Your company and your roleTwo lines are enough.
  • The processWhat happens, how often, and who does it today.
  • The tools involvedMailbox, ERP, spreadsheets, anything else in the loop.
  • What "solved" looks likeThe result you'd want to see in three months.

The button opens a pre-filled email with those four points. A person reads it, not an agent. The same one who builds.
